Gobo Help

I am trying to find or DIY some gobos / cookies for a set of Alien Bee 7 inch reflectors. Is this impossible?

I tried cutting a pattern out of Cinefoil but no luck. What am I missing?

Have you considered barn doors? I 'm not sure exactly what you are trying to make but if you want to flag and control the light with an attachment to the AB 7" reflector then take a look here.

Does anyone know of Barn Doors that will fit the Alien Bees 7" reflector? (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=262748)
