Ok I have converted my raw images to 16bit tiff's but how do I convert these to 8 bit JPEG? (Printshop CS)

Image... Mode... 8-bit.

then either

File... Save As... JPG
OR
File... Save for Web

I think you can skip the 16-to-8-bit step if you Save for Web

Boy, have you saved me some reading, Once again thanks. I had just about to pick up that !@#$%^ PS book LOL
