Well I am starting a photography course this Monday coming (Woohoo!) and basically I am revising my lens setup.

When I first bought my gear I was looking into mainly just motorsport photography hence the Prime lens but now I am missing having the verstility of a zoom lens and I think it will be a benefit to have it for the course. So is it worth my while to sell my Prime lens for a 70-200 f/4L IS or should I even just go for a 70-200f/4L....keep in mind I do still shoot motorsport now and then.

I cannot afford the f/2.8L IS. How much would a mint 200 f/2.8L go for?

Thanks guys.
