We're going to mexico mid feb and I'll be taking my S3 , what I'm wondering about is if I should try and find a filter set for it. I'm pretty beginner with the higher end camera's and it's been suggested that a polarizing filter would be a good thing to have. Would it be worth it and if so where can I find a good one and what should I look for, Thanks

I think people will generally point you to www.lensmateonline.com
I have bought an adapter and filters from them and am very satisfied with the products.

An adapter and filter is a good way to protect the camera lens. I would take a Polarizer to mexico as you are probably taking alot of outdoor/water shots. Both Canon's and Lensmate's adapters are fine (lensmates is metal, canon is plastic) and the 52mm/58mm is your own opinion (I most always use 58, I dont know why). But 58mm filters are slightly more expensive. Any camera shop will have filters, and online they are fairly cheap.
