Here's my first go at a slideshow. It's a portfolio montage of engagment/bridals/weddings. A few of the photos I've posted here before so sorry for boring everyone:D. I'm liking the program, but there are a few little things that I hope DJ and his pals can "fix" in the next version. I'm hoping to be able to whip up a slideshow at my next wedding. Any feedback would be great.

nice! some great images and they moved well with the music.

it moves really fast, after the first image anyway. The first image look like it might have started off as a small image, as theres a lot of compression and you can't really see their faces.

You might drag the last photo on a bit or add your logo as a slide to create a ending with the music htats not quite as abrupt.

I LOVE the b&w shots at the beginning - awesome. I would add your logo at the end so that we know the show is over and to give it a little "finish". Great job timing the photos to the music too.

I don't ever listen to music on websites, but some of the pics are a little fast, as mentioned. I remember some of the pics on there. I seem to remember one of the couples jumping in front of that big church, which wasn't in the show. That was a cute one (loved that series, BTW). I agree about the logo at the end. Also, maybe you should consider having separate engagement and wedding slideshows. Thanks for sharing.

jesspier-you don't listen to the music on slideshows? I can understand not listen to music on websites- it kind of annoys me too. Thanks for the suggestions. I did want to put a logo on the end- tried to do some and they were pretty bad. Still working on that one. Too fast? ok- I was debating between the two songs, here's the same show (same images) but different music. Slower and oh- I remembered, my first LAME attempt at a logo on the end....don't even comment on that....I know:rolleyes:. I'll drag out the ending, so it's not so abrupt. Thanks guys

Hey, that's a nice show you've put together!

Agree to draggin the ending a little bit with your logo would be a nice touch. Otherwise, it has some nice flow and good use of showit's functions.
great job!

I liked it alot, I have done a few with Pro show and I know how hard it can be...one thing...not sure if it is just me, but it seems like almost two soundtacks running at the same time, maybe it is the music, but they didnot seem to go together...

But other then that..I like it..a few pics off sync a bit, but GREAT work..

The length of the show is nice, just a handfull too many pics for the time. I feel the quick transitions should be between similar images for nicer flow.

???

You don't like the music selection or is there something wrong with the track? I can't hear it- anyone else?

I like the slideshow...that first images just seems to pan out forever though.

The music is horrible. (in my best Simon Cowell) other than that though, wonderful!

the music..like when it starts, I had to turn my sound up..then I heard a nice song with what sounded like another track playing under it...It sounded muffled...I have good sound on my PC, so I dont' think that is it...but maybe it was my connection, I did not try to load it again...

rakefet-I think you might be referring to the first show link---the song begins with a little snippet of the song in a different style, perhaps...ah well

song is horrible??? sheesh- even my old school 60 year old mom dug it. that's cool-- to each his own.:D

I think its AWESOME. I LOVE the images you selected and I think the music is great. I love when it makes the quick transition and how it works with that music.

I know you have some comments here about the music not being a good selection, but I think its very hip and apeals to the 20 somthing age people looking for a photographer.

Good work.

Very stylish, very slick and profesional looking BUT.... TOO fast.
I know you had the images in sync with the beat but it was way too fast.
Other than that.. Perfect.

I Love it!!! Especially to the beat of the music...that was awesome. Good job! I see you are from Utah!! I haven't seen anyone on here from UT. I live in Brigham City (50 miles north of SLC). I'm just starting out and learning and snap snap snapping. If you're ever up this way or me down that way I would love to have lunch and chat. You do excellent work.
