Is the new IXUS IIS an equivalent camera to the IXUS V3? Got an insurance thing going on and don't wanna be ripped off... :? :?

Just from looking at the specs, it's a good deal.

Yes good deal, I've used both and the IXUS IIS image quality seems better than the V3. Better focus, better colour balance.
