Is this a good price for 20D

I am buying a 20D for $550.00 used it has about 9000 clicks on it...I am going to pick it up tomorrow...is that a good price and he is selling me his 50mm f1.4 lens with hood and uvfilter for $210.00 Is that a good price?

The 20D is rated for 50k clicks or more...so I think $550 is an excellent price provided that the camera is in decent conditions.

The 50mm 1.4, if it is the EF 50mm 1.4 USM version, is a steal for $210, again assuming decent condition...

I would grab them both!

It is a EF and USM version.....He has two 20D's He is a professional photographer with his wife and he always has 4 camera...he is getting rid of his 20D's and just using 4 -5D's.........thanks widget

I would say, as Nicksan indicated, these are excellent prices if the camera and lens are both in good condition. You can't really determine the 9000 clicks is accurate, so you need to trust the person selling you the camera, but if so, you are getting deal.

I did the conversion n its a steal!! If you trust the source i'd say go for it. U cud always ask for a test run, I'd do that. n most cameras have absolutely no way to recover from any kinda damage just so its owner can sell it...so yeah...if the shots turn out satisfactory ( u judge it ) then u wont live to regret it
