So i am new to this forum. Let me begin by saying HI. I am running out of time to buy a camera bag, and I havent been around here long enough to know what to search for ;)

but let me tell you what i plan to have, and what i have so far:
Right now i have an XTi, with 2 lenses, 18-55 kit, and a tamron 28-75 f2.8.
In the future, i plan to have a 70-300mm f4L, and probably a fixed zoom wide angle.

I like to carry ALL of my photography gear with me, which means cleaning supplies, my numerous memory cards, and an extra batter and my charger. Maybe some other sthings on the side such as a pocket pc or something.

But, I have been to numerous camera stores, and the mini trekker aw, and micro trekker 200 have been sold out!

So I am looking for a reccomendation to which of these to get, and maybe your opinions on its comfortablity.

And, can you guys post some pictures of a person wearing either one of these bags, i am fairly tall 5'10", and dont want a dinky bag on my back.(hold on the criticism please.)

As for some of the activities i might do, skiing and snowboarding, hiking, and camping.

Thanks.

I've just got a Mini Trekker AW and I think its great. I've got a 300 F4L mounted on a 30D (with grip), 70-200 F4L, 50mm 1.8 and 18-55, CF cards, filters, batteries, bird guides, map, cleaning kit, torch, leatherman etc in there with room to spare. You would easily have room for you current kit and some growing space. The bag is not too bulky and is comfortable to wear.

From experience you will need some extra space soon so don't get a bag that is just big enough!

Check out http://www.cambags.com/ and the

Show me your camera bag (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=36952&highlight=show+me+your) thread on this forum if you want some pics of bags and what people have squeezed into them.

I've got both of them. You'll easily get all your kit in the Microtrekker but it is "dinky" as you call it. If you got the Minitrekker there'd be some extra space left over for some hiking kit like a rolled up anorak/sandwiches/water etc.

How small is the miro trekker exactly? i tried on the micro trekker 100, and that was pretty small, is the 200 just as small?

and also, what would be some other good bags i should look at?
