$1200 is not in US dollars thats in my currency which more or less equivalent to $800 US dollars.

It is an awesome lens but not for $800 US new, that is too too low. The cheapest you can get it for is $1150 at B&H that I know of and most places are more then that. In Canada to buy this lens is like $1600 CAD or something (not familiar with current prices because I import my gear).

Watch out and be careful when buying any lens off the net. Because there is a lot of these stores out there it seems, if they are really even stores at all.

A friend of mine bought his NIKKOR lens there and arrives 5 days later. The one I dont agree on is the warranty. They give you 3 months warranty for the L LENSES. The price they offers are cheaper than other shops here (which we have very limited choices here in Brunei). Im not too keen on buying them though but im going to find out whether the price is right.

I wonder if this place buys absolutely mint lenses off eBay, FM, POTN, etc, sells them as new and that is why it gives a 3 month warrenty? I doubt it but ya never know.

Yeah, the price is correct.. I've ordered mine due in a couple of days.. need to check if its new or not (which shouldnt be too difficult). If not.. they're gonna get hell from me. If it is.. nothing but praises.. BUT.. that said.. yeah.. 3 months.. ridiculous.. but then again.. if you dont make much margin from it at those prices.. it'll be difficult to warranty it for longer.. so I guess.. buyer beware..

So far, my other purchases from them has been fine..
