1. How many proofs do you give with your packages?
Between 300 - 500.
2. After they review the proofs, how many can they get printed from the proofs?
As many as they are prepared to pay for.
3. Do you edit EVERY Photo? What do you usually do to them (color, levels, ect not special effects)
Every photo is edited, but not on an indvidual basis. I batch process all the proofs in sections based on lighting etc.
4. When you give them a DVD of their photos do you include every one that was in the proofs?
Yes, if it's in their proofs, it's on their DVD.
5. What program do you use to go through and decide what to use and what to discard?
Traditionally I've used Adobe Bridge, but I did a whole wedding with Lightroom yesterday and was very impressed with the workflow.

I have a question. Do you have to purchase Adobe Bridge seperately from CS2? I have the full trial version of CS2 but don't see any adobe bridge?
Thanks

1. How many proofs do you give with your packages?
Around 300, digital, on DVD and my website.
2. After they review the proofs, how many can they get printed from the proofs?
As many as they want to pay for. Some packages include prints, most don't, most are albums.
3. Do you edit EVERY Photo? What do you usually do to them (color, levels, ect not special effects)
Exposure, brightness, saturation, vibrance, fill light, highlight recovery, etc. With CS3 ACR I rarely take image into photoshop now. The more experienced I get, the better the photos, and the less work is needed.
4. When you give them a DVD of their photos do you include every one that was in the proofs?
Proofs DVD, yes. Final show DVD, no, around 100 images.
5. What program do you use to go through and decide what to use and what to discard?
CS3 Bridge. Love it.
6. Thanks in advance!
You're welcome :)

1. I don't give out proofs, they get them online. The amount vary depending on how long of a shoot it is. But about 60-70% of the images shot.
2. None, as I only do online proofing.
3. I edit every photo with basic color correction, etc. But on a few of my favorites I do some special effects, just to show what effects can be done if they like that.
4. I don't give out disks with images. If they want they can have the small proof images (600 x 400 pixels) on a CD, if they have a slow Internet connection.
5. Bridge and now moving over to Lightroom.
6. You're welcome. :D

1. How many proofs do you give with your packages?
300-500
2. After they review the proofs, how many can they get printed from the proofs?
No prints but an album, exact no. depends on album design, but they get to choose about half the album content. If the choose any more than that it can make it difficult to build an album that 'flows' and is balanced
3. Do you edit EVERY Photo? What do you usually do to them (color, levels, ect not special effects)
Everything is batched in Bridge, WB, levels etc. I'll pick out some favourites** for toning / b&w/ actions.
Other edits are generally reserved for album content (cloning fire exit signs etc.)
4. When you give them a DVD of their photos do you include every one that was in the proofs?
I use a DVD slideshow as a proofing tool, so it contains all the proofs.
5. What program do you use to go through and decide what to use and what to discard?
Adobe Bridge.
