blurry tabs in admin section

I upgraded to 2.0, then 2.01 and 2.02. Somewhere along the way the tabs in the administrator section have gotten blurry. How do I get these back to normal? I'll post a screen shot showing an example.

I think I've solved the problem by re-uploading the tab images. I also noticed a similar problem with the tabs in the public display, and I was able to solve that also. I think this probably occurred because my FTP app was set to ASCII to preserve the PHP files. I changed to Auto before uploading these again, and everything went smoothly.
