Sorting by time and date..by the second?

I've got some images in a folder some with the 5D and some the 1D Mark IIn. I've converted and done my PP and now want to sort the images by the exact time to the second.

I will then rename so they match the sequence taken instead by filename.

Any idea how to do this in CS2?
