2 AB800's and Sigma EF 500 Super?

I am going to show my ignorance here....

Is it possible to use my Sigma EF 500 Super in optical slave mode as a hair light to compliment the ABs?

I guess I could just give it a try, but I thought I would get opinions here first.

I was thinking about building or buying a boom system to mount it to. If that matters.

I'm not famliar with that unit, however, if it works as an optical slave, it should work. Best thing to do is try it and see. It will either work or it won't. My guess is that it will. You may have to try different positions to get the balance right, unless you have some control on the sigma for output. Shoot it and post it!
