Here's a few shots I took in Philly last weekend. I have a question about the last one, but feel free to comment and critique any and all...

Now for my question. In the following shot, I would love for the foreground to have some light. I'm using a DRebel - can I spot meter or is it always on that "shotgun style" kind of matrix?
