Anyone got some sample pics from a Sigma 80-400 they could share?

It might be worth searching at fredmiranda ... I had a similar question about 18 months ago and got lots of responses and lots of good sample shots. It was a popular lens there then. Never been popular here really, part due to the 100-400mm IS L mafia :p I had one and it was a nice lens apart from front focus issues, so I sent it back and got the 100-300mm 4.0.

Also, anyone here used the 80-400 with the 5D? Does it have light fall-off on the full frame as badly as the 50-500 does?

Got some with 350D here:

I sold it because the OS didn't work properly with the 350D but don't know about the 5D.
Optically its very good. About the same as the Canon 100-400.

I use this lens on a Rebel XT (350D) and on occasion on my XTi. I have always been very happy with it's performance.
