Well, lets just say I'm not all too happy with the prices of the PC cords for Pocketwizards ($30+ CAD). I'm either going to make my own PC to Miniphone cord but today I was looking at my PW Plus II and got to wondering...
Can you connect the Pocket Wizard via PC female via the DC port?

See what I mean? If anyone has any info, help me out please, cause I'd love to know this.
PS: I'll be connecting this with my 30D and it's sync port.

That looks like a jack for external power supply for the PW.

Yes, that jack is for the AC power adapter so you don't have to run the PW on batteries. That has nothing to do with sync.

If you are going to be "connecting this with my 30D and it's sync port", why do you need any cord. Just put it on the hotshoe of the 30D and you are ready.
As an aside, I thought the Pocket Wizard came packed with a mini-plug to PC cord. I could easily be wrong about this, but that was my understanding.
Enjoy! Lon
