Snowdrops

Took these in the garden last weekend, what do you think.
Its a fantastic time of year for snowdrops but I find it difficult to get a decent composition. Any advice greatfully received.

Pics are a bit small to evaluate properly.
#1 looks pretty good but could really do I think with shallower DOF (larger aperture) to try and isolate it from the background, or try a different angle where there are not so many confusing background elements.
#2 is ok but there are no clear lines to help the eye track around the picture.

Sorry for the delay in replying guys.
I am having a big problem in getting to grips with attaching images at the moment.
these images are on my flickr account (ashbyroadeast) but I cant post them any bigger!
Must be me as I see some fantastic large images on the forum HELP!

Hi- easiest way is just to link directly from flickr by:-
within flickr clicking on your pic/all sizes/choose one that is 800 pixels max longest side/copy the contents of the second box down and then paste them under your text here but put img brackets on either side of the url like this

you are allowed to post upto 8 pics like this in one message.

I like the reposted snowdrop, although I'd crop it a bit. Take the black off the bottom then trim the top to keep thirds.
