I was taking photo' During A funrel of Palestinein Millitans Killed In millitry oprtion and alot of millitan Shooting In The Air and i try to take photo's and the shutter don't move :cry: Ive go to Canon Agency and he said to me your camera need one week :confused:
ive asked him way the shutter off
he said to me: The Sound Of Gun shooting make the Shutter get out from his place :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

Thankfull you were not shot, nor was your camera, as what goes up must come down I think? ;)

I doubt very much that the sound of gunfire sent your shutter off the rails; if that were to be the case, Lord Malone's 20D never would have made it off the plane. What model camera was this?

How far did it drop? I haven't exactly babied either one of my 1D bodies, but I'd like to think they can take a significant hit and keep going. I've tossed them around when switching from one body to the other, but find that they can take a good amount of abuse.
Which 1D do you have? You've mentioned the 1D, 1Ds, 1D Mark II N and in your gear list you have a 1D Mark II listed, so I'm a little confused. I'm sure it's just the language barrier, but I just want to be clear on which 1D model is in question here.
