Be sure to read the stickies at the top of each section. There is a wealth of information in them. When you need information that you can't find with the search tool just ask. Of course you'll probably get a ton of different answers, don't worry, just take what you need.
We will be looking forward to the pictures that you will be soon posting. :-)

Welcome! Don't wait a hundred years. Part of learning is showing your photos and getting feedback on them.

Post pics and jump in! If someone gives you a hard time, blow them off, the VAST majority of the people here are VERY nice and helpfull.

If they are not, then just remember "it must SUCK to be them"....LOL

I thought i was the only one who was addicted, started out as a lurking, now I am obsessed. I have even considered turning off my internet at work. I also think my learning curve is slowing because I am gaining all this knowledge but not putting it to use because I all my time lurking :-)

Thats exactly me right there....seems like when I go out, I can't find anything to shoot. Been visiting my home that is being built and have pretty much shot every angle already, moving in next week sometime. I hope I can find time to walk around the nature preserves when I am not on POTN....if I can get internet.
