Ease the Medic is from Columbus, OH and if you love 90's alternative rock like Sunny Day Real Estate, Hum and Swervedriver, you'll love these guys.

The lead singer is a marketing manager for Time Warner
The second guitarist [glasses] is a financial analyst with an accounting/financial consulting firm
The bassist is pursuing a Ph.D in materials handling at Ohio State University and sponsored by GE
The drummer is attending school for graphics art

I will put up originals if there is enough demand, since it went over so well on the Hot Spur thread! :P

Oh yeah, better add. These have been cropped but have not been run through the Photoshop lens distortion filter, like I usually do.

I like the last one. #2 has some bad noise // artefacting going on... Heavy crop?

Agree with Rene about #2. Other than that, a pretty cool vibe.

I love details like this.

In my last band, the drummer was a Special Education teacher and a Red Belt in some martial art, the bass player was a credit manager for a large manufacturing company, the other guitarist was the head of Custodial Services for the San Diego City School District, and I was either in the Navy or selling guitars.

I think, with "bar bands", knowing what the guys do for their "day jobs" kinda' adds to the whole thing...

might have to check 'em out. swd were one of THEE most criminally over-looked bands of the 90s...shoulda been huge.

I prefer the first one... it has a lot of style...the other ones are also real nice, and have very good detail...you're making that 15mm really shine...

Off topic:
What's happening around Slippery Rock or Grove City? Isn't there some sort of a club in SR now? It always was known as a pretty "dry town". Nearest beer distributor was way down toward Butler.

I'll have to check that out. It would be great if there is a place regularly bringing in shows.
