After shooting for quite some time selling my photos of sailing, photo shoots, weddings etc. I was worried that I couldn't do any art, or "urban" stuff. I also hadn't taken a picture in a over a week.
I walked for hours today and got a couple shots of downtown Vancouver on a mild winter day.

Both were monopod shots with a mini ballhead. 1Ds Mk. I.
I gotta get back in the groove of shooting this kind of sky...

Good shots there, I love the street corner one there, pretty steady hand. Also like the sign one, a little human interest closer to the sign might have been cool though.

Nice shots, considering you held the monopod steady enough while hand firing your flash. The 2nd is my fav.

The second shot is great. Like Big H said, there's alot to look at. Keeps me glued.
The first shot is very artsy. Just wish there was something more in the background. I like it.
