A very good attempt at capturing the show...

This doesn't look like an easy shoot... not with all that crowd in front of you...the pictures are a bit grainy and could use some noise reduction... Aparently he sings with is eyes down, that's always tough to deal with...

yeah, shooting w/ the crowd in front must have been a pain. i like the last one, good feel to it.

ira doesn't open his eyes much when he sings. good band though. i like 'em.

Good job in what looks like difficult circumstances. I hope they were a lot better than last time I saw them... I'm shooting them in March; should be under a decent light show and I won't have crowd worries to to contend with.

Looks like you will have to force yourself to the front to better utilise the 35L... I look forward to seeing more shots with it. (Would love one of those for myself).

did ira and georgia get a divorce? ;)

naw, pretty sure that it's still ira, georgia and james (though when i saw them, the song james did play drums for, he wasn't behind the full kit).

Thanks for the good comments and encouragement! I do wish I had taken my 135 instead of the 35, I could have used the extra reach. I was surprised at the size of the crowd and thought I would have more room to move around.

They played alot off their new album and were really great. I would highly recommend checking them out.
