Hmm can this be done?
My monitor just had a little explosion today, which kinda funny actually..Hahaha.
At first I laughed at it and thought that it's so funny..
But after that I' left with nothing to do. . .I can't do anything right now and I am using my friend's PC.
If tv man be used as monitor, how is the way to do that?
What cable do I need?

Some TV's can be used to display your computer... I did have mine setup at one stage with my 32" lcd with wireless keyboard and mouse, I'm not sure about older Tv's though.

Yeah mine's kinda old tv. . .
Probably I need to install a new video card then find the right cable to connect it. . .
But I just don't know which one is it/..
Just want to try something new beside buying a n LCD monitor..haha

If your TV isn't an HD ready TV then I wouldn't bother trying to hook it up, since it is going to look like crap.

You know... CRT monitors are pretty cheap these days. In New Zealand you can pick one up for around $350NZD (that's for a 19")
