Some nice shots. Some very nice. I do mind the cropped off guitar neck in a few shots (not all, but in some)

James, she is only 16! But beyond cute she is smart, talented and very authentic. And her Mom is no slouch!

Is she trying to get a 'heavier' image? What's up with the 'skull and crossbone', not very 'Country' I'd think?

Oh, what a sharp eye you have ... checking out her chest no doubt! An interesting question ... I'm totally guessing but I imagine that "some boy" gave it to her and teenage boys are notoriously clueless ... I certainly am, er, ah, I mean was. I can probably find out but I cannot believe that she or her management or parents ever thought about it in that context, but you never know, eh?

I knew it...It's that lucky charm you gave her for the road trips...to keep her safe from those heart breaking lover boy fans of hers...it's to thwart any undesireables...A California "biker" thing.

Love that song. I heard she wrote it while bored in math class one day. That's talent.

The skull and crossbones image is very popular right now. My little brother is a mere year older than Taylor here, and he keeps me up-to-date on trends and such. They're not just for the punk rockers anymore.

Regardless, I like the photos. That HAIR. Nice job with cropping. :-)

Cheers!
Jennifer

These are very nice, I would have liked to see some in the series with a bit more wide angle to capture more of the performance.

No cropping done here :) And yea, she has a pair of boots that she wears with skulls on them also.

I am SO mad. Our cable got shut off yesterday, and we are getting Sattellite tommorrow. Perfect timing, eh? I missed it :(

There will be a late night re-broadcast as usual...it's usually just a few days later...

Taylor's performance is in the very last few minutes of the show...She sings her entire song and Jay congratulates her...You gotta see it...tape it...She even incorporates "the Tonight Show" phrase into the song's lyrics and does a little step and guitar action. Very stylish for a very young artist.

The girlz a talent! Very bright, well brought up and mentored and authentic. Did I mention she picks up the little kids during Meet N' Greet for the photo-ops! Never saw another performer do that.

I just talked with Taylor's manager and just so you all know, he has spoken with Brandon and is very impressed with what Brandon has done with the fan website. I expect they will be working with Brandon on futures.

[Disclosure: Taylor's manager, Rick Barker of Big Machine Records, is a good friend, neighbor, father of one of Anna's playmates and a really great guy who does more by accident than I do on purpose! And he changed my life by getting me the casino gig.]

Congratulations Brandon...Taylor is native to PA... in your relative age group... and this fan/professional relationship could go a long way into your future... I would start saving any party monies (like beer funds, assuming there are any) and redirecting the bar budget (assuming there is one), toward your photography and web site... It is a great opportunity to focus on your future endeavors.
