cross-processing fujia velvia

hey guys..
i'm new to film. i usually use digital but my 10 is in the shop.
anyways, i shot with fuji velvia and had it cross-processed. but now duggal tells me there is no way to get prints from them! they say i can only get prints from color negatives cross-processed , not slide film cross-processed! this cant be! i know ive seen prints from cross-processed velvia before.
please tell me i can get prints from cross-processed veliva....... :(

Well, it's 10 years since I cross processed film.... But back then I certainly made prints from E6 film through C41 chemistry.

The real question is why do they think they can make prints from positive film (C41 film through E6 chemistry), but not from negatives (E6 film through C41 chemistry) ???
