I finally grabbed a bit of time to get a couple of flower pics in the garden today.
First one, is a slight crop of one of the flower heads from a small cluster of what I believe to be a Daphne (Brian, you might be able to confirm this for me if you are familiar with these - please) - its highly scented

This is one of the little Rosemary flowers

(I actually feel a little out of practice  )

Hiya Linda,
I'm ere not that that counts for much, both great shots #1 looks deliciously yummy good enough to eat, but not sure what flower it is.
Love the Rosemary Flower, I have many in bloom on my Rosemary hedge but no bees buzzing yet.
Cheers for now

Hi Linda,
Only just spotted the thread
Yes think #1 is a daphne- especially if it's highly scented.
Good shots-lovely colours, but not sure about the composition of either of them.

Thanks Mark - I just missed getting a shot of a small bee on the Rosemary and I have seen the odd bumble bee. Not long now though before they are all back :)

Thanks for your thoughts on the Daphne.
I understand your uncertainty on the composition for both of them - I know I can achieve better :( .
