CS2 / Bridge install problems

My desktop crashed so I installed CS2 on notebook. Everything looked to install fine, but when I try to open Bridge it does not open.

When I ran update check it could not install updates for Bridge and Stock saying to install them first.

I did not see option during install to install or not install Bridge. Anyone know what I am missing.

Uninstall, reboot, reinstall. After reinstall apply any patches on the adobe website. Never had a problem with CS2, but CS3 bridge I need to uninstall and reinstall every few weeks.

When I put on Notebook that was second computer, if I uninstall and reinstall will that require call to Adobe??
