How does one multi address a Quote in our posts?

I see that to multi quote we click on the ( "+ ) button, next to the edit button on the lower right of the message window.

But how about breaking up one quote to address the issues of that one quote individually?

couples ways, you could copy the quote, and delete the parts you don't want to address right there, then paste it again and delete the other parts.

or you coule bring up the quote, and manually enter the [ quote ] and [ /quote ]tags after each section. The first and last would already be entered.

you need to manually add starting quote and end quote tags where you want the quote to be broken up.

See below how above looks like.

Thanks for the heads up coreypolis...I thought so...have done it that way once...it seemed like a lot of work at the time...

Thanks Tommy,

Dwight McCann asked the same question earlier today...we were looking for a short cut, to get around the "code type" entries. I'll let him know too.

The shortcut I use is I copy the starting quote tag and paste it where it should go and then just add the missing / on the closing tags.

From now on, that's the route I'll start taking...
I PM'd Dwight...we were looking for a short cut...

Thanks again tommykjensen...
