I want to do something like this :http://www.mylifesize.com/, but that program is thirty bucks and all of my money goes to the DLSR so, anyone know where to find this free?

Thirty bucks doesn't sound like much to do what you want to do here. I haven't seen anything like it free.

BTW, this will probably get moved to the Talk About Photography or General Chat Forums since it isn't about Digital Cameras.

doesnt rasterbator do something similar to this...? in fact im sure i saw some software the other day that would reproduce photos on a huge scale like this, I'm trying for the life of me to remember where I saw it and what it was called... when I do I'll post back!

Here is a little software free-bee. It takes a pic and cuts into smaller ones so that you can print it out on 8x10 paper.

yeah, rastebator will make PDFs that you can print and cut out and stick together... they can have large pixels, but you can alter the settings and outputs to get more detail.
