Not sure what to make of these results. I've had this Kenko Teleplus MC-7 2x converter for a while, it was totally useless with my kit lenses but I read that it is liek that with any lens with a maximum apeture of 5.6 or greater. So I took it for a spin with my new Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 today. I'm still getting used to the lens too, here's two shots 100% crops with the only PP being "auto-levels". It seemed to focus well so I guess it could be worse? I think I will probably get better results for cricket with this combo than my 75-300 f4-f5.6. Love to know your thoughts on these results.
