hmm.. it seems there's only "2 of the best" up here after some helpful "moderating" ;) lol. thanks for the comments guys - and Nordie, both sigmas I use are great and every bit as sharp as the Canon equivalents although I've found for action sports like this (especially when zoomed way out on a moving subject) they can tend to wander in their focus which means you have to get a bit clever with them! for $1300 on trademe I cant compliain too much about the 70-200 tho.. :)

But it's been over 6 months since the last Siggy 70-200 was up on TM.
I'd happily upgrade my Canon 70-200 F4 L to one if I could find one at a good price.

Karting today with the 70-200 and Drags next weekend with the Sigma 28-70.
