CNY is just 2 days away & this temple is all set to receive thousands of visitors over the 15 days of the lunar new year. Thean Hou Temple is located on a hill just off the centre of Kuala Lumpur. I happen to live 5 minutes from it :)
Its architectural detailing appears to be modelled after the Temple of Heaven in Beijing (a UNESCO-designated heritage site), though much smaller.
For now, I'll just post some night shots I took last night. Later, I'll post some day shots to show the intricate detailing.
