I agree with misspix - chess table is great, but it's too distracting... and what is that thingy in lower left corner? a book or smth?

Too busy, not enough katana for me. Plus there's a part of a box that's distracting.

I'd include more if not the entire blade in the photo, maybe shoot it from a low angle. and I agree with the background comment. the checkered pattern is too distracting. cool subjects though.

Hehe. I was toying with the idea of what prop to buy. Either Katana or a pistol. I agree, un-clutter your background you may have a far better photo.

Try useing a Black Velvet background it will absorb extra light waves and make the subject stand out alot more, cool old Kantana.
