This is the first image processed with my new copy of Photoshop 7. It's been processed with LS342 - no problem - Fred Miranda's Digital Velvia Pro (medium) - no problem - and saved using ProJPEG plug-in (just copied to ...\plugins\file formats) - no problem.

And... it appears to be much faster. I ran Chooser HQ version in PS6: time 120 seconds... in PS7: 90 seconds! :D

That'll have to be the end of testing for a couple of weeks - I'm off on a trip. :D :D :D

Thanks Roger, good to hear it works. If it's faster, then the PS7 must have better memory management. Most of the slowness in e.g. resizing is due bad memory management in PS6.

And also, thanks for posting that very beautiful flower photo!

Thanks, Pekka. Actually, I think it's a weed. :) The leaves look like nettles and the flower reminds me in shape and colour of Alaskan fireweed.

Plus it's growing on the edge of our compost heap. :D
