What light meter do you recomend? Dont want to spend a bundle but dont want cheap either.

My favorite is the Sekonic L-358. It's quite popular among the forum members here.

L308S is also a good deal, but the 358 isn't much more expensive and it gives lighting ratios.

Sekonic meters are about the only game in town these days. Minolta made very good meters, but I gather they are no longer in production. Gossen also makes excellent meters but are very pricey.

exactly, hence the waning over to other companies.

i too am checking out the 358.....thanks for the info :D
