Hi
Here is another I would appreciate feedback on. I took it just outside Edinburgh (Scotland) last thing in the evening. Tell me what is good anb bad, as you see it.

It is too dark for me, especialy with this dark (black) frame. A white frame (not too thin) between the black one and the photo borders will work fine. Try also to saturate the colors a little.

Nice capture - I think I have to agree with Nikolay and say that a white frame might help the image as it is slightly dark.
Also, perhaps some dodge work on the highlight of the sandbars in the bottom left corner might help them to stand out more.
Am I correct in guessing that its Aberlady Bay?

I like it as it is. Don't change a thing...
The photo embodies the quietness of the moment as the sun slowly is hidden from view as the world turns... The coldness of the creeping night.
I like the black frame too...

I like the direction.. the sepia toned "Cigarette smoke" colored clouds,. and the diminutive scale of the powerplant.. I think it all works, and leaves us having to do a little work to get the point (since the pwer plant does not dominate)
No opinion on the frame,. but I wouldn't change the photo at all.
One thing though,. the phrase I think is "Blight" on the landscape...
