Just purchased a 430ex flash from B&H.
When I push the shutter button half way down to focus, it makes this buzzing sound. Also when I zoom in or out.
Should I contact B&H to send a replacement or what?

its perfectly normal. the 430EX flash adjusts to your zoom setting automatically. its a function of E-TTL.

Of course, you can zoom the flash manually, too.

You can watch the front of the flash when zooming, and notice the head inside moving in and out!
