EE is down after 2.02 update

Hi, I uploaded the 2.02 update, edited/ran the files, and get this when I go back to my main EE dir:

"; ?>

Then it halts. If I go to my admin directory that is also displayed across the top but then I get the login prompt beneath it. Please tell me what to fix.

Also some of the EE Admin pages will not load - the Global, Editor and Index Page Settings. The rest of the Admin pages have the error above on the top left of every page.

I did not modify language files, using regular English version. The Install check through the Admin console does not return any errors.

Ideas?

Anyone? The site is still down. Nothing I've tried has worked.

Maybe try to upload all files again? Make shure not to mis the language files.

It looks to me that the language menu is not displayed corectly.

Where is your site? (the adres?)
