Thanks for the nice compliments. The truth be known, this guy is only about three cm long.

When I was living in the North foothills of Tucson some years ago, I got stung by one of these 5 times. I used to go out with all the lights out with a black light on one hand and a hammer on the other and hunt for these majestic creatures around the house just about every night after dinner. They look beautiful under the black light's glow. Wish I had taken my photography more seriously then. I still would like to go back even if it's just to take the photos of these glowing under the black light.
