I think there's a little bit more to it than that. I have a broadband connection & I find this link painfully slow to open, I'd hate to think how long it takes for 56k'ers. You need to resize your images in PS & save for web. At 1.7Meg it's a little big. The forum software always resizes it to 800 pixels at it largest dimension, but it does not change the file size, you need to do that youself. Try getting the filesize down to under 100kb. A lot more people will be able to view it & give their comments.

Sport action shots are not my forte, but he are some thoughts:
1. It's not quite clear what we're looking at. If I look closely I think I see the puck in the net, but there is no focus to the action. Maybe a shot a second later when arms are thrown up in the air would be better.
2. The shot seems a litte unsharp. I assume you were handheld with a faily low shutter speed in a dark arena. There's not much you can do but practice your technique and live with a bit of softness.
3. If you have more focal length, you might try to get a tighter shot with more action, where we can see what is happening.
Hockey is a fast sport in low lighting -- it's a tough subject to shoot. Bump up your ISO if you haven't to give you maximum shutter speed, work on your handholding and panning techniques, try to anticipate critical action moments, and take lots of shots.

Thanks Greg.
And I'll resize it once I get home.

What ISO setting did you have? As stated above, you would get much higher shutter speeds at a higher ISO and hence more sharpness.

At that shutter speed you should be able to get reasonable sharpness at 125mm. I'd zoom in closer to shots when possible as well.

Maybe you could try firing off a multiple exposure, you would have got the shot that scored the goal and the aftermath. You're not wasting film.

I have the aftermath also. I can post them after I get time to resize and post.
