What's camera you have? I have 10D and I just got a sigma 105mm EX macro, but my camera give me error 99 msg. I try this lense with my EOS 630 both in auto focus and manual mode it works just fine, the aperture display in view finder just fine. Any ideal what was wrong?

Nice Macros! I have a Sigma 50mm EX DG macro that I am very happy with, but the 105mm is of a lot of interest.

It appears you are from Chatham-Kent, Ontario. Why are you not in the chatham camera club? We are always interested in having new members. Lots of discussion, assistance and competition and judging with other clubs. Chatham Camera Club? (http://chathamcameraclub.com)

it's an excellent lens. I've had it for roughly 6 months and still walk around my back yard daily looking for bugs to shoot :)

That is a very positive remark, and [[sadly]] fuelling my desire to have this lens :)
