Not sure what kind of effect you are going for here. Are you trying to make it look like a canvas painting?

the only thing that looks smudged is the thing her head is on... I think it needs more. esp the hair. Are you using Brad buttry's technique? if not, do get his dvd..its awesome!

Clone out the hairs on her eye if you can, and her left cheek seems a bit off. Cool painted canvas look.
