yea, he had actually locked up his back wheels or something and they wouldn't turn, so they had to lift it onto the trailer

EDIT: I have just realised that i have spelt trials wrong in the title sorry for any Inconvenience this has caused :p

That looks like fun! That last shot looks very very very steep

yep it sure was steep... it was impossible to walk up and I think only 2 or 3 managed to make it too the top.

In trials they have hazards, usually quite short and you get scored in points, starting from 100 down to 0. You get so many points for how far you get along the course. the courses are usually steep hill climbs like that one, mud holes, side slopes and pretty much anything that will get the competitors on their roof. It also very slow to watch, not that interesting IMO but there was a few 100 at the event so I can't be as boring as I think.

Also for those of you who know Jono from performance metalworks, that is his black hilux pictured, supercharged lexus v8 and boy does it sound nice

I entered the trails at hamner springs 2 years ago.. lol .. there were two classes and a fun day drive.. bear in mind i turned up with a family rav 4.. looked at the fun day drive and went nah . the class you have pics of above (extreme class).. nah.. so i entered the modified section.... on the form when asked what i had modified i put down added new stereo with CD player. :) ... 54 4x4's entered this class and i finished 29th..( i did have the p1ss taken out of me until the start of the competition when my rav4 completed the first stage, only 5 other vehicles completed that stage too.. I got stuck - i had fun and i broke the rear suspension .. but what a fun day.. love the trails. oh by the way nice captures..

yea that was probably the Laurie Sanson, which is mainly for anyone to come of the streets with the family wagon and give it ago.

Its alot of fun. but you don't usually see as many rollovers :D
