I just wanted to share a few photos from last weekend. I had a really hard time at this wedding. Friendly couple, just not into being photographed.

very beautiful... I really like them. She was a beautiful bride. If those are her daughters with her they are beautiful as well.

I really like the ring shot and the attention drawn to their names.

That ring shot is phenomenal! Great job. #3 and 4 are nice as well. If your subjects aren't cooperative there isn't a whole lot that you can do.

Hope you dont mind, i really enjoyed the ring shot and wanted to put a little more focus on the ring itself and add a little glow and brightness to it,

I like it. Tell me what you did here.
I used Kubota image tools, i did a daily multi vitamin, lord of the kings, and a digital fill flash,
then i did a hue sat on the yellows.

None of the grab me, i'm sorry.
1. Too much DOF, and kinda boring. I like what you were trying to do, but I don't think you pulled it off. I don't like the grooms hand out while the rest are in pockets. A crop without the legs might be better?
2. Nice enough, but the background has sloping lines which I find distracting. Keep people square with background walls.
3/4. Um... not sure why but doesn't grab me.
5. Nice enough ring shot.
6. Too much DOF? Lack of color and contrast? No emotion?

I did several ring shots on this wedding. I will share more. The one with their names is the one one I really like. These are just other options I guess.
The bible thing could have been better, but I don't really know anything about bibles and the only one I could find at that church the words were kinda cut off I don't know if its like that in every bible or not.
I think I saw this idea from someone here I am not sure.

I have found in my experience the oder the couple the less likely they are to be photographed in our PJ way....and then again i had a very young couple around 18 who were also the same....still very 'young' and too shy hehe
