Quiksilver Pro trials kicked off today at Snapper Rocks and the weather could not have been better. Here are a few I managed to get in between getting sunburnt.

EDIT: Adjusted images following rgya's advice (thanks!). I left one of the unadjusted ones up to show the difference and included an overview of the break.

I think you're right, any tips as to how I can correct this? (the WB)

to fix the wb in photoshop....
1. open levels
2.on the bottom of the levels box there are 3 droppers.. double click on the far right called Set White Point (it is white)
3.click on a spot on the photo that should be pure white.
4.go back to the color grid and drag the little circle STRAIGHT across to the left and click OK.
5.click on the same spot as before or near it and u'll see the color of the photo change. keep doing to until u see the best color.
6.press ok. then no when it asks to save color target.

there are other ways to do it but i find this one to be the easiest...

this is one i did:

150683

you can also adjust the color in the levels box again...
1. open levels
2. click where it says channel and change each color by itelf

Did you use a CPL? Those blues are amazing!

No CPL, I'm not entirely confident in my ability to use one. There are plenty of days of surfing left so I'll give it a try at some point and post the results.

Incredible... we have some good surf here in southern california, but water like that? Not in my life-time! Looks great, you probably don't even need a CPL, unless you want to pull a little haze out of the sky. Good work!
