I wanted to try and sell some photos at a local art show this summer but the rules say "All work must be original work or limited edition reproductions created by artist; reproductions must be limited edition and signed and numbered by artist".
I don't understand how this applies to digital photography since all digital photos are "reproductions", right? Also, how do I know how many (#)reproductions should make up a "limited edition"?
If anyone could clarify this for me I would appreciate it! I figured I'd ask for help here first since I am sure a lot of you are vry familiar with selling at art shows!

My way of doing this is I state that I only make a total of 25 prints larger then 8.5x11" of any particular image. period.

I will make as many 8x10s as I feel like, but once I go larger they are numbered 1 of 25 and signed.

I also then keep track of how many I sell of that image.

They start at cost or $25 (which ever is higher) and then I double it for each additional print. If I ever get to 25 of 25 I will be rich. So far 2 is the highest number of any particular print I have gotten to (although one has sold at a charity auction for $125 ).
Then again I am also not trying very hard to sell the prints.

Just what I do,
