I went on on this dull rainy day. Not much was inspiring but this caught my eye. Lots of lines! How do you like it?

very nice. its a very clean pic.

i like how the main point is off center. Its a little dreary/cloudy, but i feel more color would definitely make this pic.

Thanks for the feedback ryuwulf. You're right it was a horrible day, typical rainy Scotland! I've added a little more colour into this version to see if it helps.

I really enjoy it, kinda gives me a relaxed feeling. and yeah puttin a bit more color does help! :D

I like it much better with the color, it made some of the drab boring tonal values disappear and gave the photo a warm/stormy feeling. Great composition on the line study in a nice shot.

GORGEOUS!!!

STUNNING!!!

Love the simplicity and modern quality of this photograph.

(I like it better without the added saturation) But thats just me!!!

Thanks for the feedback so far. I was playing about and came up with this. Just basically mirrored the image and flipped it to join up. Like it?

I love the first shot. The colours (or lack of them) remind me so much of Scotland. So it's dreary and cloudy, it's also real, and the rain cloud coming down on the Firth is gorgeous.

One question... I don't suppose whilst you were there, that you turned the camera round and photographed the most beautiful bridge in the world? I'd love to see a good shot of that!

I feel the top of the picture is too dark, taking away from the bridge highlights.
