I dont use fonts from sites such as these for commercial production because
a) possible violation of copyright - can be a grey area sometimes and;
b) I prefer to use Postscript fonts from recognised foundries to alleviate any production problems down the line cause by poor encoding.

Been caught out once on a print job with horrific font corruption, wont do it again.
That said, if you are rasterising the font in Photoshop there cant be any problems with it.
