Have you run a Google search and gotten any results? Fred Miranda also has a very nice B&W Plug-In with a lot of features available at his site that I'm considering for purchase.

Greg Gorman (http://www.gormanphotography.com/gorman.html) also has a very nice conversion action. Mouse move over the "Navigation" to expose the nav links. Click on "Learn". Near the bottom of the inset is a set of instruction to build a very good B&W Conversion action. While you're there, you might enjoy viewing some of his images. Way cool!
You can download the action from here (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/www.atncentral.com/download.htm)
Hope this helps some.

yervant's software and free don't go together.
Marcus Bell, David Jay, and Kevin Kubota all have amazing actions as well

Don't know about amazing but we can now add Jeff Ascough to the list of Action vendors.
Nic decided that they'd be a good introduction to Photoshopfor her so.... ahh well it's her money.
The B&W stuff is amazing, comments from the testers about them being indistinguishable from the real thing. Seriously, as a B&W film guru it's easy to imagine he's spent a long time studying and working to get them right.
Lot's of them are things you could easily do yourself though (common menu commands on a single button), but I have to say I've been working on a wedding and they have speeded up my workflow quite a bit.

The Boutwell's Totally Rad Actions (http://boutwellstudio.com/totallyrad/) are quite popular, too.
