Off topic but I m going to give your service a whirl but I have never been able to download booksmart to my Mac. Your support people could not figure it out and finally uploaded it to another party and I was off and running. Until the new version came out about a week later. I emailed the person who I was in contact with and have not heard back from him and this was on the day the new version was made available. Kind of frustrating. Great product but for me at least, a little tough to put to use.:confused:
